- Fix an error in trainer data for Asian language trainers.
- Enable Smogon Genning for Generation 9 (Smogon Strategy Dex now has sets for gen 9 pokemon!)

Note about SV LiveHeX
- Items and Raid edits will not be immediately reflected in the Game. Please save the game and reboot right away and see the changes.
- Box edits will appear right away as normal.

NOTE: Plugins do not work with merged PKHeX builds with UNSAFEDLL flag disabled.
