Examples — Render ReactiveSearch API migration

All Vue examples and demos now point at https://reactivesearch-api-9-4-0.onrender.com (replacing the legacy demo backend). ToggleButton examples retargeted from meetup_app to good-books-ds. Vite examples include allowedHosts: true for CodeSandbox embeds.

Examples — Search showcase and demo fixes

SearchBox demo simplified to autosuggest-only (drops popular/recent suggestions that 500 on the minimal Render preferences API). QuerySuggestion demo simplified; ToggleButton sort field corrected.

Development

• Added npm bugs metadata pointing to the monorepo issues tracker
• All 50 Vue example/demo package.json files updated to depend on 3.5.0

Dependencies

• @appbaseio/reactivecore 10.4.0 (unchanged)
• No library source changes in packages/vue/src since 3.4.0 — vector search, Vite migration, and Node v22 support shipped in 3.4.0
