A security fix: a node name containing HTML could run script when its treemap, sunburst or icicle tooltip opened. Names and data colours are now escaped there; HTML a tooltip formatter returns still renders. Upgrade if those charts show names that come from user data.
Also faster hover, fewer leftover nodes after updates, and these changes you may notice:
| Change | What to check |
|---|---|
| Tooltip node names show as text | markup in node names |
| scrolled skips a pan that moves nothing | scrolled counts |
| animationEnd waits for the last scatter dot | work timed off it |
| An open tooltip stays open on update | live or streaming data |
| Number formatters hide repeated y labels | yaxis label formatters |
