LITE mode requires 4.93 CEX base firmware!

- Rebased to Evilnat 4.93 PEX
- LITE mode now requires 4.93 CEX to work
- (qCFW only) No longer triple beep at boot, power LED will turn yellow instead
- New PS2 fan control now working
- Fixed PSN login
- FSM changes: No longer exit FSM every boot. Instead exit every 5 boots. Now possible to toggle it through XMB or syscon
- BD remarry are now possible using FSM
- (True DEX consoles only) No longer spoof TargetID to DEX and block all firmware installs while on DEX mode

qCFW Known issues:
- Manual PS2 fan control is broken. Dynamic/SYSCON works. You can adjust speed while playing by using SQUARE + LEFT/RIGHT button while on PS button menu. (Manual/SYSCON only)
