Experimental release. Adds the WRAP layer that obfuscates DTLS+WireGuard
traffic inside TURN ChannelData with ChaCha20-XOR + 12-byte random nonce
per packet, defeating VK's payload classifier that has been throttling
per-(dst_ip, dst_port) endpoints to ~9 KB/s per allocation.
It is better to update the server part too — matching -wrap and
-wrap-key flags, see anton48/vk-turn-proxy:add-server-wrap-layer
branch. But it can also work with the old server version: just leave
the new "Use WRAP" toggle off in Settings (default off) and the data
path is identical to build 35.
