DIRECT mode — send traffic around the tunnel without dropping it

latest release: v1.0-build314

This release adds one switch. Everything else is unchanged from build 306.

DIRECT (Settings › Advanced)

Sends this device's traffic straight out while the connections to VK stay up,
so switching back is instant instead of rebuilding the whole tunnel from
scratch. It is for the app or the site that refuses to work through a proxy:
turn it on, do the thing, turn it off. Switching takes about half a second and
may cost a single packet.

The switch is available only while the tunnel is connected. Reconnecting always
returns to the normal mode, and so does turning the VPN off and on again.

⚠️ While DIRECT is on, the "all traffic through the tunnel" protection is off:
if the tunnel drops, traffic keeps flowing outside it. That is exactly what
makes the switch useful, and it is also its one risk — the app says so under
the switch itself.

If a routing change cannot be confirmed, the app now tells you under the switch
instead of pretending it worked; and if it cannot confirm that traffic has gone
back INTO the tunnel, it reconnects rather than leave you unsure whether you
are protected.

Also in this build: the app survives being restarted by iOS while DIRECT is on,
and a Wi-Fi ↔ cellular change while it is on is transparent.

The uplink pacer added in build 306 is unchanged and still off by default.

No server update is needed. srtp-build306 remains the current server release —
unlike the previous build, this one is client-only.

Requested in issue #72.
