This release updates the image to Alpine Linux 3.24 with ca-certificates 20261020-r0.
The updated CA certificates address the eMudhra intermediate CA compromise, in which the private keys of eight intermediate certificates were compromised. This updates the container's system trust store to protect certificate verification against the affected certificate chains.
