Crunchyroll Changes

• Added new subtitle fixer for the new Crunchyroll "Closed Caption Converter" subtitles (can be disabled with --srtAssFix false)
• Added LayoutRes fix (can be disabled with --layoutResFix false)
• Added option to disable ScaledBorderAndShadow fix via --scaledBorderAndShadowFix false or set it to no via --scaledBorderAndShadow no
• Added Original Script rewriter (ASS subtitles) to remove the URL, because it caused font problems with VLC
• Updated basic token and UA

General Changes

• Added per-episode subtitle listing in console output (thx @HyperNylium)
• Added new error for Shaka-packager > v2.6.1 problem (downgrade)
• Set timelimit for download resuming to 24 hours for safety reasons
• Fixed --version command
• Updated "get started" guide (thx @HyperNylium)
