Better PawnIO install/update handling

• Fixed an issue where sometimes outdated version of PawnIO (if already installed by user) caused cpu, gpu stats especially temps not displaying

• Now CPU usage & temp and GPU usage & temp are 4 separate display options: CPU Usage, CPU Temp, GPU Usage, GPU Temp
