What's new

• Fix: RootManager mount namespace — uses su --mount-master so root commands actually affect system files on devices with isolated mount namespaces (BYD DiLink, MIUI/HyperOS). This was likely the root cause of the AA registration not working.
• Auto-registration for Android Auto (installer spoof, phenotype flags, Finsky DB forge, warmup).
• AA mode end-to-end — mirror inside the stock AA host surface, gestures, nav rail, root-only flavor (51MB).
