Requirements:
- Android 10+ phone with USB Debugging
- BYD DiLink 3.0+ head unit
- Phone hotspot enabled
Known issues:
- Occasional visual artifacts (decoder restart race, recovers at next keyframe)
- ~100-200ms streaming latency under load
- VD server restarts on USB disconnect (reconnects automatically)
- Hotspot must be enabled manually (Android 16 limitation)
