Fixed acc:nlcompl, passquadcon in MP2NL. With NL output (MP2NL), complementarity constraints were
reformulated (by cvt:compl) instead of being passed as NL
complementarity, and quadratic constraints were linearized. Quadratic constraints are linearized for NL output
only with cvt:quadcon=0, also when not accepted otherwise.
