Ampache 7.1.1

This quick point release covers 2 specific issues. checkout out 7.1.0 here for a larger view of the changes since 7.0.1

If you allow user uploads or make extensive use of the CLI command export:playlist then this release is for you.

By fixing an issue with licenses I've found that the POST array wasn't being included correctly in the uploads.

The export:playlist command was not correctly grabbing all the playlists when you export without a user id (--user / -u)

If you're on 7.1.0 and aren't affect by these issues then you can safely ignore this release.

• Upload POST array not sending license correctly to filepond
• CLI
  • export:playlist: Documentation for type listed as mandatory
  • export:playlist: User id would not export all playlists when using System account
  • Error checking REMOTE_ADDR for web URLs (CLI commands will user fallback_url when required)
