Changes
- Deco nodes added while the integration is running now receive all their entities immediately.
- The refreshed Deco list is stored before entity-discovery callbacks are notified.
- Device trackers, binary sensors, throughput sensors and diagnostic sensors no longer require a config-entry reload.
- Existing configurations, devices and entity IDs remain unchanged.
Dependencies
- Updated Ruff from 0.17.2 to 0.17.3 (#640).
Testing
- Added regression coverage for runtime Deco discovery.
- Pre-commit, Hassfest and test checks passed.
