- Added an optional mobile data usage sensor for supported 4G and 5G Deco models.

Compatibility
Existing configurations, entities and default behavior remain unchanged.
WiFi network names are disabled by default. Mobile data entities are only created when the required value is exposed by supported firmware.
Validation
- Mobile data usage was live-tested on a Deco X50-5G.
- The reported value matches the Deco app after unit conversion.
- Existing Deco entities continued working.
- No new warnings or errors were reported.
- All GitHub CI checks passed.
