Changes
- Throughput sensors now include only clients that are currently online.
- Disconnected clients no longer contribute their last known upload or download speed.
- Both total and per-Deco throughput sensors are corrected.
- Existing configurations, entities and entity IDs remain unchanged.
- Regression tests were added for online, offline and differently assigned clients.
