Fixes
- Restores disconnected client trackers when their stored Home Assistant state does not contain a device type (#619).
- Recovers authenticated LuCI and legacy sessions when a Deco endpoint returns error code -5002 (#620).
- Keeps login-time authentication handling unchanged and limits recovery to one retry.
Maintenance
- Adds the complete pytest suite to GitHub Actions (#621).
- Corrects the restore-state regression tests.
- All 22 automated tests pass.
Testing requested
This is a beta release. Please test Home Assistant restarts, disconnected-client restoration, normal client polling and session recovery before using it as a stable release.

This beta does not resolve the separate persistent HTTP 500 backoff problem tracked in #617.
