Changes

• Added an independently configurable interval for Deco status polling.
• Setting the Deco status interval to 0 disables automatic device_list requests after startup.
• Added a Refresh Deco status button for an immediate manual refresh.
• Client discovery and performance polling continue normally when automatic Deco status polling is disabled.
• Existing configurations retain their previous polling behavior unless the new option is changed.
• Added the Deco status polling interval to downloaded diagnostics.
• Documented the wireless-backhaul interruption reported on affected Deco X20 firmware.

Fixes

• Prevents periodic wireless-backhaul interruptions caused by repeated device_list requests on affected Deco X20 firmware.
• Preserves the required startup refresh and allows status information to be refreshed manually.

Live testing confirmed that setting the Deco status interval to 0 stopped the periodic interruptions while client and performance updates continued normally.
