Diagnostic Beta

This beta adds detailed timing logs for the Deco polling requests involved in issue #610.

New debug messages record:

• when the device_list request starts;
• when it completes or fails;
• the total device_list request duration;
• when the performance request starts;
• when it completes or fails;
• the total performance request duration.

This release does not change polling behavior or attempt to fix the reported wireless-backhaul interruptions. Its purpose is to identify which request overlaps with the interruption before implementing a permanent solution.

Existing configuration, entities, polling intervals, and API behavior remain unchanged.
