• Telegram Topic ID support — send messages to a specific topic/thread in Telegram groups with topics enabled
• New TELEGRAM_TOPIC_ID environment variable
• Editable in Web UI settings page, persisted across restarts

Configuration

environment:
  - TELEGRAM_TOPIC_ID=12345   # optional, your topic/thread ID

Or set it in the Web UI under Settings.
