Fixed

• Multi-digest comparison — compare remote digest against all local RepoDigests, fixing false "update available" after updates (e.g. redis, postgres)
• Image-ID resolution — containers deployed via Portainer (showing image ID instead of tag) are now resolved via docker inspect and checked normally
• Health check timeout — increased from 30s to 5 minutes for slow-starting containers (GitLab, Nextcloud, databases); containers in starting state keep waiting instead of rolling back
