• In scheduled maintenance, spin down only if the daemon is configured
  to manage spindown, specifically if spindown_idle_minutes is
  different from 0.
• In manual maintenance from the UI, added a checkbox for ignoring configured
  thresholds.
• Don't protect the home directory in systemd to allow using it as a data
  disk.
• Automatically reload the content file at startup if it was modified
  outside the daemon using the SnapRAID CLI. This change has effect only with
  SnapRAID 14.2.
