Sleep and external monitors

Two fixes for the things people hit most often: waking the Mac, and unplugging a monitor.

Fixed

• Wallpapers start again after sleep. On some Macs the wallpaper stayed frozen after waking — and the menubar play button didn't help either. Setting a new wallpaper was the only way out. Wallper now checks that playback really resumed, and rebuilds the wallpaper if it didn't.
• Your monitor keeps its wallpaper. Unplugging an external display could permanently forget which wallpaper belonged to it, so plugging it back in left it blank. The assignment is now kept until you change it yourself.
• No more stutter when reconnecting a display on battery — the wallpaper settles once instead of pausing several times in a row.
