An important privacy fix

Adding wallpapers

Adding a video now asks where it should go. One prompt, two clear choices: keep it on this Mac (private, never uploaded), or publish it to the Wallper library for everyone. Before, it quietly did the first, and there was no obvious way to do the second at all.
One place to add a wallpaper. The button lives in the toolbar now and works from any tab, instead of being tucked away inside My Media.
The Publish button is actually findable — a clearly labeled button rather than an unmarked icon that shared its glyph with "copy link".

Filter by when a wallpaper was added — All Time, Last Week, Last Month or This Year, alongside the existing sort. Pair it with "Most Liked" to see what's popular right now instead of all-time favourites.
