Wallper v1.10.2

Hotfix

A quick follow-up to 1.10.1 that finishes off the "Turn wallpapers off on battery" fix.

Bug Fixes

• "Turn wallpapers off on battery" now reacts the instant you toggle it. If you were already unplugged and switched the setting on (or off), nothing happened — the wallpaper flickered once and kept playing in both positions. It now pauses right away when you turn the setting on, and comes back when you turn it off, without having to unplug or replug first.
