V3 beta: remote marketplace registry

Added

• Remote marketplace install and monotonic update for canonical package IDs.
• A public oh-my-opencode-slim/marketplace-contract export for registry CI and
  website build tooling.
• Verified exact-version registry resolution, canonical bundle digests, bounded
  downloads, lockfile provenance, and explicit local package import commands.

Changed

• Marketplace CLI and in-session tool now separate remote install/update
  from local import operations.
• Marketplace lifecycle guidance and package artifact verification cover the
  V3 agent/profile package contract.

Fixed

• TUI state invalidation now detects in-place writes deterministically instead
  of depending solely on filesystem timestamp precision.

Compatibility

• This is a beta release. The registry deployment and new V3 Agents website
  will follow this package contract.
