0.4.1 updates to ort rc.14 / ONNX Runtime 1.31. ONNX Runtime now needs an explicit environment: create it once with
let env = parakeet_rs::ort::init().build()?; and pass
ExecutionConfig::new().with_environment(env) to from_pretrained.
burn backend is unaffected.
