Instructions:

1. Extract all files to the game folder.

2. Download ThirteenAG's Ultimate ASI Loader (32-bit version of dinput.dll), and also extract it to the game folder.

3. Set the desired resolution in MonsterGarageResolutionFix.ini.

4. Once in-game, go to the video settings and select any other resolution and press Esc to save it, the actual resolution will be the one set in the INI file.
