Instructions:

Extract all files to the game folder.

Download ThirteenAG's Ultimate ASI Loader (32-bit version of winmm.dll), and also extract it to the game folder.

Set the desired resolution and FOV factor in EmergencyFireResponseWidescreenFix.ini.

Once in-game, select any other resolution in the video options to apply the new resolution.
Issues:
- Disappearing geometry at very wide aspect ratios when the camera is at a lower zoom level (wider than 32:9 or so).
