.exe version was stuck on 5.7.0 when viewing bt.txt file properties in Windows. This is becuase .rc file had invalid version numbers.
"discover system browsers" button did not do anything after clean install. This is most likely what #242 by @tariano was indicating, but it did not have detailed description of the issue.
