Changelog
SVP Motion Interpolation
- Global SVP support - SVP is no longer limited to anime. A new toggle in Settings > Player > Advanced enables SVP for all content types. Anime and live-action now use separate optimized profiles tuned for each content type (#110, #130)
Skip Intro
- Persistent skip notification - Skip overlay now stays visible for the entire duration of a skippable segment instead of appearing briefly on entry
- IntroDB priority over local chapters - IntroDB timestamps now take precedence over embedded chapter data, which is often poorly or inconsistently named
- Named MPV chapters - IntroDB intro/recap/outro segments are now reflected as proper named chapters in MPV, visible in OSD stats
Player
- Clock & ETA toggle - Added option to change time format or disable the playback clock entirely (#138)
Track Selection
- Improved subtitle remembrance - Saved preferences are now alias-aware, support variants, and restore more reliably across sessions. Embedded subtitles are preferred over external ones when language and variant priority match (#113)
UI & Episodes
- Redesigned Watched/Upcoming episode overlays - Replaced pill-style tags with full 16:9 thumbnail overlays for a cleaner look
- Fixed episode thumbnail scaling - Layout should no longer collapse on non-standard Windows scaling settings (#142)
- Auto-scroll to current episode - Episode list and in-player side drawer now automatically scroll to the last watched episode
Metadata
- Fixed same-name title collisions - Shows sharing identical names (e.g. Dark Matter 2015 vs 2024) are no longer merged into a single database entry
- Updated CORS proxies - Replaced dead proxies with active alternatives for more reliable Hero Banner catalog loading
Bug Fixes
- Fixed UI shifting left when playing next episode (#132)
- Fixed 'Continue Watching' hover panel metadata missing for Btttr poster provider (#144)
- Small security improvements (thanks @BadPingHere)
