Quick release to resolve a Metron issues pointed out by users.

Backend

• User Agent Passed to Metron: Added CLU/{your version number} Comic Library Utilities as a user_agent when calling the Metron API. Working with the Metron DEV - this will allow us to locate issues quickly and determine if users need to run a version update.

Bug Fixes

• Metron Series/Issue Bug: There was a bug when going to a Series page from a Weekly Releases link. CLU would check /series using the Issue ID (which always failed) and then failover to using the /issue endpoint to get the series ID. When linked from the Weekly Releases page - we always use the /issue endpoint to get the series ID and then call the /series endpoint.
