v4.7.2 Bug Fixes (Use DB for All Metadata Credentials, Consolidate Bug)

What's Changed

• Update to ensure DB is used for all Metadata Credentials. Users on a clean install would see issues in Series Search and Releases
• Update Consolidate Logic to target only folders with 1 starting file. As files were moved, when 1 files was left, the Consolidate logic would trigger and incorrectly create a new folder.
