This maintenance release addresses several issues reported by users after the v2.0.0 release, improving preview functionality, empty days display, scrollbar behavior, and Dutch translations.

Card Preview & Browser Integration

• Fixed card preview in Add to Dashboard dialog: Calendar entities are now properly detected and displayed in the card selector preview (#97)
• Improved scrollbar behavior: Scrollbars now only appear when max_height is explicitly set, avoiding unwanted scrollbars in some browsers

Calendar Display Enhancements

• Fixed start_date with show_empty_days: Calendar now properly honors the configured start date when showing empty days (#102)
• Improved empty days generation: Empty placeholders now consistently use the correct reference date

Language Improvements

• Updated Dutch translation: Improved grammar with proper capitalization for weekday and month names (#99)
