Archived symlinked skills now show up in the dashboard and stay restorable.
Skills symlinked into ~/.claude/skills now appear in the dashboard's Archived list after archiving, and restore works for them from both the UI and the CLI. Skills set aside by the automatic dedup pass are recognized for restore alongside manually archived ones.
Archive and restore are hardened: a real skill is never mistaken for a symlink record, operations run under a cross-process lock so the dashboard daemon and CLI cannot interleave, failures are reported cleanly, and one unreadable archive entry no longer blanks the Manage tab.
