Fixes
- #114 Stop hooks stuck at 3/4 on Windows — mirror SessionEnd ran the heavy flush synchronously (async stripped for Codex compat). Added `--trigger end --defer` to canonical, propagated via sync; deferred worker spawns detached and self-bounds.
- #113 OpenClaw plugin dead on 2026.7.1-2 — migrated to object-form `registerService`, all 8 documented hook names, `session:patch` → `agent_turn_prepare`, post-compaction restore via `enqueueNextTurnInjection`. Retired redundant legacy smart-compact hook. (openclaw plugin → 2.4.18)
- #112 verbosity-steer mislabeled fill-rescaled ResourceHealth as "quality N/100" — gentle tier now reports `session_efficiency`; strong tier relabeled `resource health`.
Hardening
- Torture gauntlet caught and fixed a compaction idempotency-key collision that silently dropped continuity restore after the 2nd compaction (regression test added).
