Performance: cross-process caching for the subagent-pool and dashboard transcript scans so the SessionEnd/Stop flush no longer re-scans history on every run (steady-state dashboard generation ~31s to ~2s on a large history). Bounds the 7-day turn preload and aligns DB busy_timeout with the retry/backoff path. Adds the OpenCode plugins/cache search root across runtime-detection surfaces.
