Cold-resume-lean: reopen a cold session by reconstructing a lean context from its checkpoint instead of a full --resume, triggered by a natural "continue our work" with same-project scoping. New stale-session nudge surfaces when context grows long and quality dips, showing the tokens a fresh session would reclaim. Savings credited as a realized event and shown in the dashboard. Available across Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, and OpenCode.
