Token Optimizer v5.11.35

• Total Recall coordination (#12): when Total Recall is installed, Token Optimizer now defers low-relevance continuity injection to it — raising the full-block relevance bar to 0.6 and suppressing the redundant sub-threshold teaser, so the two memory layers don't double up. Detection is via the TOTAL_RECALL_INSTALLED env var, the brain binary at its default paths, or the coordination.json marker.
• WSL-root Windows home recovery for Copilot + OpenCode (#78): installing under WSL from a Windows shell now recovers your Windows COPILOT_HOME / OPENCODE_CONFIG_DIR straight from the registry (PowerShell User/Machine scope, with cmd.exe and single-profile autodetect fallbacks), so hooks land where the Windows-native CLI actually reads them.
