- Detect OpenCode ahead of a lingering CODEX_HOME/HERMES_HOME; adds a config-dir signal tier and more launcher shapes. Claude always resolves first.
- The skill now gates on runtime from the environment before resolving any ~/.claude path.
- Hermes bridge fallback and status-line guidance route through the active runtime's home; runtime_env now ships with the Hermes plugin.
- Install self-heals a stale non-symlinked skill payload and reconciles the plugin-cache shadow.
