Dashboard daemon respects TOKEN_OPTIMIZER_DASHBOARD_HOST (#59) — setup-daemon now persists your chosen bind host so headless and LAN setups work out of the box across macOS, Linux, and Windows. The setting is sticky across upgrades and cleared on uninstall. Network mode keeps mutations on-machine: LAN visitors get a view-only dashboard.
Hermes installs now work end-to-end (#58) — the installer ships the full plugin runtime, locates measure.py reliably, and walks you through (or handles, with --enable) the plugins.enabled activation Hermes requires. hermes-doctor now catches incomplete installs, smoke-tests the bridge, and verifies activation.

Claude Fable 5 cost tracking across all platforms — pricing, routing recommendations, fleet views, and dashboards now fully cover Fable 5 sessions. The overpowered-model detector gives model-accurate savings estimates.
Hardened config patching (comment-, CRLF-, and tab-aware with timestamped backups), clearer install/uninstall guidance, and more accurate security-report output.
