Smart Compaction: Checkpoints decisions, errors, and agent state before auto-compact fires. Restores what the summary dropped. Your "why" survives compaction.
Context Quality Score: Six-signal analysis (stale reads, bloated results, duplicates, compaction depth, decision density, agent efficiency). A 0-100 score that tells you when to /compact, not just how full you are.
Live Quality Bar: Context quality score in your terminal status bar, updated every ~2 minutes. Colors tell the story: green (85+), dim (70-84), yellow (50-69), red (<50).
Session Continuity: Automatic checkpoints on session end, /clear, and crashes. New sessions pick up where you left off via keyword-matched context injection.
Usage Analytics: Session tracking with trends (skill usage, model mix, daily breakdown) and health monitoring (stale sessions, zombies, outdated versions). Interactive dashboard tabs.
