New command
spotinfo recommend finds Spot instance candidates.
The command needs a CPU architecture, a minimum CPU count, and a minimum memory size.
Use --instance to limit the instance types.
Use --workload to set the accepted interruption range.
Results
The command excludes candidates with an unknown or zero price.
The command uses a fixed ranking policy for price, interruption range, and resource size.
The table output shows the reason for each recommendation.
The JSON output has a schema version and rationale codes.
Limits
The command excludes instance families that are not in the embedded architecture data.
Placement scores, GPU selection, and fleet capacity are not included.
Compatibility
Existing commands and the root --type option do not change.
