Fixed Pi hook-runner advertising a fake SubagentStart event from top-level agent_start; Pi now treats SubagentStart/SubagentStop as compatibility-only keys until the runtime exposes real subagent lifecycle events.
Fixed bundled Pi external hook defaults registering dead SubagentStart/SubagentStop handlers for ccgram hook.
Fixed the documenting-code Pi skill still telling models to use a generic Agent; it now says read-only subagent.
