Changes

Hooks now stay out of the way: faster, with fewer false blocks. The skill set
shrinks to 27 skills based on 30 days of usage.

Fixed

• git-guardrails no longer blocks ordinary commands. Examples:
  --ff-only in a later command on the same line, -f inside a path such as
  ../fix-foo, and git text inside commit messages or heredocs. It now checks
  each git command's arguments instead of matching patterns against the text.
• git-guardrails runs in about 30 ms for non-git commands and about 80 ms
  for git commands. It used to take 150–300 ms, and seconds under load, and
  it often hit its 10 s timeout, which let the command through unchecked.
• git-guardrails catches destructive git commands behind wrappers
  (nice, timeout, nohup, eval, exec), in subshells, with a quoted
  or escaped git, and with combined flags such as branch -fd and
  push -fu.
• skill-enforcer no longer delays prompts or hits the 15 s
  UserPromptSubmit timeout. It runs as one Python process in about 30 ms,
  with a 3 s timeout.
• session-start finishes within its timeout on spec-flow projects under
  load.

Changed

• git-guardrails allows cleanup of merged work after cd <repo> &&,
  the same as with git -C.
• operating-infra now handles deploy, apply, and rollout for Terraform,
  Helm, Kustomize, and kubectl. It has an explicit gate: validate, show the
  plan or diff, confirm, apply, verify. In Claude, invoke it with
  /operating-infra --dry-run or --apply <environment>.
• Deploy, apply, and rollout prompts now suggest operating-infra.

Removed

• deploying-infra. Use operating-infra.
• refactoring-code, which saw little use.
• The notify-grok hook.
