Breaking Changes

• Page layout is reworked to be more semantic: <main class="container"> is now <div class="book-container"> and others.
• Icons are now generate as single sprite file.
• BookFavicon param is removed. Override favicon.svg, favicon.png and apple-touch-icon.png .
• BookTranslatedOnly param is removed.
• BookComments is now false by default.
• Experimental OpenAPI shortcode is removed.
• height option is removed from the image shortcode.
