Newsletter Webhook Events (#478)

New webhook notifications for WhatsApp newsletter/channel events:

• newsletter.joined: Triggered when subscribing to a newsletter/channel
• newsletter.left: Triggered when unsubscribing from a newsletter
• newsletter.message: Triggered when new messages are posted in a newsletter
• newsletter.mute: Triggered when newsletter mute setting changes

Group Joined Webhook Event

• group.joined: Triggered when you are added to a WhatsApp group

WhatsApp Group Listing Limitation

• Added clear documentation about WhatsApp's limitation that you must interact with a group before it appears in the group list
• Updated OpenAPI specification, README, and code comments to reflect this behavior
