Add Kimi Code in-chat commands through its native UserPromptSubmit hook, with direct command displays, model-driven resume context, ownership-guarded installation and refresh, and doctor/status diagnostics. Hide sentinel wrappers and model-facing framing in direct command displays while preserving full model-driven context, injection and quote-back accounting. Kimi 0.42.0 still queues subsequent interactive prompts after either supported hook denial form; release requires an upstream termination fix by @aldanux in #108
