Fourth alpha release using 0.4.X.X meross_iot low-level library.
Among the major improvements:
- Basic handling sensor API call limits via Throttling utility (this still requires much improvement, but it's a first test)
- Supporting Valve sensors
- Implemented Thermostat entity
- The new low-level library fixes the version of AIOHTTP to 3.6.1 to solve problems with HA
