Akka.NET v1.5.73 restores the Microsoft.Extensions dependency ranges to their pre-1.5.72 width. 1.5.72 raised the minimum to 10.0 across core and Hosting during the Akka.Hosting import; this release rolls that back to keep applications on older Microsoft.Extensions versions working.

Dependencies

• Microsoft.Extensions minimums restored - Akka and Akka.DependencyInjection return to [6.0.*,) and all Akka.Hosting.* packages return to [9.0.0,). The ranges still allow newer versions, so applications on the latest Microsoft.Extensions remain covered. Akka.Hosting continues to permit OpenTelemetry SDK 1.12.0 or later while explicitly requiring OpenTelemetry.Api 1.15.3 or later, which preserves the fix for GHSA-g94r-2vxg-569j without forcing Microsoft.Extensions 10.
